Returns Policy
Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible to return the items for a refund or exchange. This policy applies to all products sold through our platform.
1. Conditions for Return
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original, unopened packaging, with all seals intact.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
2. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer support team at info@hilowglobal.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back your item.
- Ship the Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Any product that has been opened or used.
- Gift cards.
- Items purchased on final sale.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
